This raw, analogue-fueled album features 13 intense tracks, recorded without overdubs to maintain a pure old-school sound. The band aimed for a natural production style, especially focusing on the drum parts, which were recorded using a 24-track analogue tape machine.
Vocalist and bassist Tom Angelripper emphasized the importance of authenticity in the sound, stating that the album contains “No plastic!” The effort and cost put into this production approach have resulted in a distinct sound that sets it apart from modern drum productions, a detail that fans are likely to appreciate.
