Album Review
Inferi's latest offering, 'Heaven Wept', is a relentless onslaught of technical death metal mastery that showcases the band's growth and musical prowess. The album is a perfect blend of intricate guitar work, thunderous drumming, and guttural vocals that create a dark and foreboding atmosphere. Standout tracks like 'Feed Me Your Fear' and 'Atonement Denied' showcase the band's ability to seamlessly blend melody with brutality, while the title track 'Heaven Wept' is a haunting and epic journey through the depths of despair. The production quality on this album is top-notch, allowing each instrument to shine while still maintaining a cohesive sound. 'Heaven Wept' solidifies Inferi's place as one of the leading forces in the technical death metal scene, and is a must-listen for any fan of the genre.
