Album Review
Sylosis' 'Dormant Heart' is a powerful display of modern heavy metal at its finest. The album combines aggressive riffs, intricate melodies, and intense vocals to create a dynamic and captivating sound. The production quality is top-notch, with each instrument cutting through the mix with precision. Standout tracks like 'Victims and Pawns' showcase the band's ability to seamlessly blend brutality with melody, while 'Mercy' delivers a haunting atmosphere that lingers long after the song ends. 'Dormant Heart' fits perfectly in Sylosis' career, serving as a mature and cohesive statement that solidifies their place as one of the leading bands in the metal scene today.
