Originating from the metal-rich landscapes of Scandinavia, particularly Norway, comes the formidable death metal ensemble known as Abhorration. Hailing from a region renowned for its metal heritage, Abhorration follows the footsteps of prominent Norwegian bands like Bolt and Enslaved. Infusing death metal with subtle black metal undertones, Abhorration unleashes their demo release, "After Winter Comes War," ready to captivate metal enthusiasts worldwide.

Released through Invictus Productions based in Dublin, Ireland, the demo was meticulously crafted in mid-2021 by lead guitarist Arild Myren Torp and mastered at The Forge Music Productions later that year. The band comprises vocalist Magnus Garathan from Hecatomb and Mabuse, bassist Andreas Hagen from Mabuse, Resonaut, Sadhak, and Black Magic, and drummer Øyvind Kvam from Pulsar, Purple, Hill Witch, and Black Viper, forming a powerhouse lineup.
