Five Finger Death Punch, the multi-platinum and Billboard record-setting hard rock powerhouse, recently made a generous donation of $200k to charity. This donation was made from a portion of ticket sales from their highly successful headlining tour across North America during the Summer/Fall season. The funds raised will be split between two charities personally selected by band members Ivan Moody and Zoltan Bathory.
Ivan Moody’s choice was Covenant House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting homeless, trafficked, and exploited youth and young families. Five Finger Death Punch has been actively involved in raising awareness for Youth Homelessness Awareness Month in November. The band incorporated facts and resources about Covenant House in the music video for their 2023 single “Judgement Day.” Ivan Moody, a strong advocate for recovery, has also contributed significantly to supporting recovery-focused organizations.
Zoltan Bathory chose to support the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit organization aiding veterans in finding quality careers. Zoltan’s connection to this cause was solidified through his involvement as a character in two Call Of Duty® games. Over the years, both Zoltan and Ivan have raised millions of dollars for various causes and have shown unwavering support to first responders and the military.
Five Finger Death Punch’s philanthropic efforts extend beyond monetary donations. The band has actively engaged in raising awareness for veteran causes and issues such as PTSD. Their hit song “Wrong Side Of Heaven” sheds light on the struggles faced by veterans, garnering millions of views and raising significant funds for military organizations supporting veterans afflicted by PTSD.
Five Finger Death Punch, known for their impactful music and high-energy performances, has consistently held top positions on music charts. With over 12 billion streams and numerous chart-topping hits, the band has solidified its place in the music industry. Apart from their musical success, Five Finger Death Punch has demonstrated a strong commitment to making a positive difference in the world by supporting various charitable organizations.
Covenant House, the largest privately funded charity in North and Central America, provides essential support to young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking. With a mission to end youth homelessness, Covenant House offers unconditional love, respect, and support to those in need. The Call of Duty Endowment focuses on getting unemployed and underemployed veterans back to work by funding organizations that prepare veterans for the job market.
Five Finger Death Punch’s dedication to giving back to the community and supporting important causes reflects their values and resonates with their loyal fan base. Through their music and philanthropic efforts, the band continues to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need.
