About the Band
Heavy metal (or simply metal) is a genre of rock music that developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s, largely in the United Kingdom and United States. With roots in blues rock, psychedelic rock and acid rock, heavy metal bands developed a thick, monumental sound characterized by distorted guitars, extended guitar solos, emphatic beats and loudness. In 1968, three of the genre's most famous pioneers β British bands Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and Deep Purple β were founded. Though they came to attract wide audiences, they were often derided by critics. Several American bands modified heavy metal into more accessible forms during the 1970s: the raw, sleazy sound and shock rock of Alice Cooper and Kiss; the blues-rooted rock of Aerosmith; and the flashy guitar leads and party rock of Van Halen.

Album Review
Final Resting Place's latest offering, 'Third World Tribunal', is a relentless onslaught of brutal death metal that will leave listeners in a state of shock and awe. The album's sound is characterized by blistering blast beats, guttural vocals, and intricate guitar work that create a suffocating atmosphere of chaos and brutality. Standout tracks like 'Execution Mandate' and 'Tripwire Amputee' showcase the band's technical prowess and ability to craft punishing riffs that will appeal to fans of extreme metal. The production quality is top-notch, with every instrument and vocal line crystal clear and perfectly balanced. 'Third World Tribunal' marks a new chapter in Final Resting Place's career, solidifying their position as one of the leading forces in the brutal death metal scene.
