A History of The Vice

Vice Squad, hailing from the punk rock scene in Bristol, England, was born in 1979 from the ashes of two local bands, The Contingent and TV Brakes. Led by the fierce and talented songwriter and vocalist Beki Bondage, the band quickly made a name for themselves with their raw and energetic sound. Their early years saw them carving a path through the punk scene, gaining a loyal following with their powerful live performances.

Despite a period with a different vocalist, Beki Bondage reformed Vice Squad in 1997, bringing the band back to its roots and reigniting their fire. This marked a new chapter for the band as they continued to push boundaries and evolve their sound.

Independence and Last Rockers (2008–present)

In 2008, Vice Squad took control of their destiny by launching their own label, Last Rockers. This move allowed the band to have complete creative freedom and autonomy over their music, leading to a string of successful releases. Embracing their DIY ethos, Vice Squad continued to captivate audiences with their unapologetic and rebellious attitude.
