The Body emerged from the depths of Providence, Rhode Island in 1999, when guitarist/vocalist Chip King and drummer/programmer Lee Buford joined forces to create their unique brand of experimental metal. With a raw and intense sound, the duo quickly gained attention in the underground scene.
