A History of Spiritbox

Formation and Early Years (2017–2019)

In October 2017, the Canadian heavy metal band Spiritbox emerged onto the scene, founded by guitarist Mike Stringer and vocalist Courtney LaPlante. Both musicians, previously part of Iwrestledabearonce, sought a new outlet for their artistic expression.
