A History of Party Cannon

Formation and Early Years (2010–2015)

Party Cannon emerged from the depths of Dunfermline, Scotland in 2010, bringing their unique blend of slam metal and grindcore to the scene. With vocalist Daryl Boyce leading the charge alongside guitarists Craig Robinson and Mike McLaughlin, bassist Chris Ryan, and drummer Martin Gazur, the band quickly made a name for themselves.

In 2012, Party Cannon self-released a promo CD before dropping their EP 'Partied In Half' on Autopsy Records. The release of their debut album 'Bong Hit Hospitalisation' in 2015 marked a turning point for the band, as they ventured into the international metal scene with a performance at the San Francisco Bay Area Deathfest.

Rise to Prominence and Touring (2017–2024)

The years following their debut album saw Party Cannon solidify their place in the metal world. With the release of the EP 'Perverse Party Platter' in 2017 and the split album 'Cannons of Gore Soaked, Blood Drenched, Parasitic Sickness' in 2019, the band continued to captivate audiences with their intense and unapologetic sound.

Their second studio album 'Volumes of Vomit' in 2021, produced by Jörg Uken, showcased their growth and featured guest appearances from notable figures in the metal community. The band's relentless touring schedule took them across the globe, from MetalDays in Slovenia to Bloodstock Open Air in England, solidifying their reputation as a force to be reckoned with.

New Horizons and Continued Success (2024–2026)

In a groundbreaking move, Party Cannon signed with Unique Leader Records in 2024 and announced the upcoming release of their third album, 'Injuries Are Inevitable'. The band's evolution was evident in their EP 'Subjected To A Partying', released in 2026 on a Nintendo 64 Game Pak, showcasing their willingness to push boundaries and experiment with new formats.

Their tour alongside Internal Bleeding and Sherwood Webber of Skinless in the UK further solidified their standing in the metal community, proving that Party Cannon's reign was far from over.
