Endstille, the black metal behemoth from Germany, rose from the ashes of bands Tauthr and Octoria in 2000 in the city of Kiel. With L. Wachtfels on guitar, Mayhemic Destructor on drums, Iblis on vocals, and Cruor on bass, the band unleashed their brand of aggressive black metal upon the world. Their music, described as the 'ugliest aggressive black metal', drew inspiration from personal experiences and opinions of the band members, often referencing German weapons from World War II. Despite accusations of right-wing affiliations, Endstille vehemently denies any political motivations, stating that black metal is inherently apolitical.

Vocalist Change and Touring Success (2009–2015)

In 2009, Zingultus of Nagelfar and Graupel took over vocal duties from Iblis, bringing a new dynamic to Endstille's sound. The band continued to carve their path in the black metal scene, showcasing their intense live performances on a European tour in 2006 alongside Dark Funeral, Naglfar, and Amoral. This tour solidified their reputation as a force to be reckoned with, captivating audiences with their ferocious energy and unrelenting sound.

Recent Years and Continued Evolution (2016–Present)
