Krisiun Announces ‘Mortem Solis’ Album and European Tour

Brazilian death metal band Krisiun is set to release their 11th studio album titled ‘Mortem Solis’ on July 29th, 2022, through Century Media. The 10-track album was recorded at Family Mob Studio in São Paulo, Brazil, with mixing and mastering by Mark Lewis in Nashville, Tennessee. Following their previous album ‘Scourge of the Enthroned’ in 2018, the band has unveiled the first single from the upcoming album, “Serpent Messiah,” accompanied by a music video directed by Estevam Romera.

Pre-orders for ‘Mortem Solis’ are already available, and the band is gearing up to hit the road in Europe alongside Nile to promote the new release. The tour dates span various countries, including Poland, Germany, the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands, among others. The tour is scheduled to kick off on November 2, 2022, in Poznań, Poland, and conclude on December 11, 2022, in Hamburg, Germany.

Prior to their European tour, Krisiun will embark on a South American tour with Belphegor, NervoChaos, and Crypta. The tour will cover cities like Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Quito, and Bogota, among others. Additionally, they will headline Latin American tour dates in countries such as El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, and various cities in Mexico, including Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Morelia.

On the European front, Krisiun is scheduled to perform at several summer festivals, including Alcatraz Festival in Belgium, Motocultor Festival in France, and Rock Castle in the Czech Republic. These festival appearances will precede their joint tour with Nile, promising a packed schedule for the band and their fans across the continent.

With a career spanning decades, Krisiun has solidified its position in the death metal scene, garnering a dedicated fan base globally.
