Mudvayne, the influential nu-metal band, is set to embark on a 30-city U.S. tour to commemorate the 25th anniversary of their groundbreaking debut album, “L.D. 50.” The tour kicks off on September 11 in Dubuque, Iowa, and concludes on October 26 in Uncasville, Connecticut. Joining Mudvayne on this celebratory tour are Static-X, marking the 25th anniversary of their platinum-certified debut album “Wisconsin Death Trip,” and Vended, a rising force in the metal scene.

The ticket presales for this highly anticipated tour are scheduled to start on May 8, followed by the general on-sale on May 9. Fans can secure their tickets through Ticketmaster and verified secondary platforms like Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, and StubHub. These platforms offer options for sold-out shows and competitive prices based on demand. Vivid Seats is also offering a discount code for first-time customers to avail themselves of a $20 discount on orders over $200 using the code SYRACUSE20.

While the tour does not include any New York dates, nearby cities such as Montclair, NJ; Boston, MA; and Uncasville, CT are among the stops on the itinerary. The lineup promises an electrifying experience for metal enthusiasts, with Mudvayne’s iconic hits like “Dig” from their debut album, which achieved gold certification in the U.S. The band, which went on hiatus in 2010 and reunited in 2021, has been making waves since their comeback, culminating in a successful headlining tour last summer.

Static-X, known for their industrial metal sound and hits like “Push It” and “I’m With Stupid,” will bring their high-octane performance to the stage. Following the tragic passing of frontman Wayne Static, the band has continued to captivate audiences with a masked vocalist known as Xer0. Joining these heavyweights is Vended, a band that features the sons of Slipknot’s Corey Taylor and Shawn “Clown” Crahan. Their self-titled debut album released in 2024 has garnered attention as they emerge as a promising force in the metal genre.
The convergence of these three bands on one stage underscores the evolution and enduring appeal of metal music. Their collaboration not only celebrates their respective milestones but also showcases the genre’s ability to transcend generations and captivate audiences with its raw energy and passion. This tour is a testament to the resilience and timelessness of metal music, solidifying its place in the music industry and the hearts of fans worldwide.
